OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability underpins our industrial strategy and reflects the integration of advanced technologies for the optimization of the use of resources and the reduction of environmental impact, overseeing our value chain, promoting the centrality of people and the socio-economic development of territories and communities.

MAIRE sustainability strategy stems from a journey that began years ago, inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and has evolved to embrace the principles of the Corporate Sustainable Reporting Directive (CSRD). This new approach enables us to address environmental, social and governance challenges in a systemic way, with the goal of generating positive and lasting impacts for the environment, people and our stakeholders.

Our sustainability strategy
Our strategy covers all the ESG standard of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. It is developed in an integrated way with the Group industrial plan, towards a 10 years view, with targets and KPIs and bold internal governance that relies on a materiality analysis integrated with stakeholders’ view.

Climate, circular economy, and environmental sustainability
We are committed to enabling the energy transition and promoting the circular economy by providing the market with valuable technology solutions and economically sustainable and environmentally effective solutions for decarbonization and circularity.

Our people and the value of health, safety, and diversity
Our people are at the center of our business and we are committed to promoting their safety, well-being, and professional growth, protecting their health, ensuring equal opportunities for an authentic, sustainable and inclusive organization.

Value for territories and communities
We recognize the significance of our supply chain in our business and acknowledge the socio-economic and employment impact generated by our business as an essential part of our strategy. We are committed to creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
