Milan, 29 June 2020 - A +14% rise in Middle Management positions occupied by women in comparison to last year, more than 66,000 training hours, a stronger focus on local content with the launch of a multi-year strategic program focused on In Country Value with the active involvement of all corporate functions, also at regional level. These are some of the key facts emerging from Maire Tecnimont Group’s Creating Value”, its latest Sustainability Report which strongly confirms the Group commitment to Sustainability. A progressive path started 9 years ago by joining the UN Global Compact, and today further enhanced with the inclusion of the ESG (environmental, social and governance) indicators linked to the Sustainable Development Goals of the Group in the 2020-2024 Industrial Plan.

Maire Tecnimont has in fact implemented a systemic approach to pursue efficiency, resilience and growth integrating sustainability in every aspect of its operations through strategic drivers such as:
