March 5, 2019 - NextChem presented its own innovative technologies for biofuel production at the Young Energy Researchers Conference, held in the context of the World Sustainable Energy Days on 27 February – 1 March 2019 in Wels, Austria.
With more than 700 participants from over 50 countries the World Sustainable Energy Days are one of Europe’s largest annual conferences on sustainable energy.
Dedicated to the next generation of professionals and experts, two conference tracks presented the work and achievements of young researchers in the fields of biomass and energy efficiency.
Alessia Borgogna and Emanuela Agostini introduced to the audience NetxChem technologies for sustainable productions of renewable methanol from waste gasification, and Bio-Synthetic Natural Gas from methanation of CO2 and electrolytic H2. Both topics were recognized by the Scientific Committee as worthy of the Young Researcher Awards.
