• Awards for an overall value of approximately USD199 MN for licensing, engineering and procurement activities

Milan, 25 June 2014 –Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that several contracts and order variations have been awarded – mainly through its subsidiaries Tecnimont, KT Kinetics Technology and Stamicarbon – for a total amount of approximately USD199 million for EP (Engineering -Procurement) and licensing activities as well as engineering services.

These awards, related to the core business of oil & gas, petrochemicals and fertilizers, have been granted mainly in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Azerbaijan, India and China, by some of the most prestigious international clients both in the private and public sectors.

Such result confirms the growth strategy in the higher margin service area and gives further evidence of the resilience of the Group’s technology-driven business model.
