• An event involving 23 offices of the Group across four continents, with over 6,000 people
  • Several sessions dedicated to young people to explore career opportunities, along with interactive workshops for families and friends—including educational activities designed especially for children

Milan, September 20, 2025 — From Milan to Houston, from Rome to Mumbai, MAIRE’s offices opened their doors today, welcoming over 6,000 people—including young individuals, families, and friends of employees—and transforming the workplace into a shared, vibrant environment. This global initiative was designed to strengthen the sense of community, celebrate people, and deepen the connection between the company and its local surroundings, with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and inclusion.

To welcome employees and their families, the offices turned into spaces of celebration and discovery, featuring interactive workshops on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), educational activities in STEAM subjects, and dedicated areas for play and creativity for the youngest visitors.

Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to explore themed corners: from areas focused on career paths within the company, to exhibitions of art works from the photographic volume in-genium, and immersive rooms where podcasts gave voice to MAIRE’s engineering heritage—featuring stories selected from the creative writing contest organized by Fondazione MAIRE – ETS.

The Milan office, in particular, partnered with the 2025 International Engineering Festival organized by Politecnico di Milano, hosting a series of talks aimed at high school and university students to inspire and guide the next generation, exploring career opportunities within MAIRE’s technological and project execution activities. Moreover, interviews with MAIRE professionals were conducted by Marcello Ascani, creator and entrepreneur, for a live episode of Imbucato in MAIRE, and by Riccardo Haupt, CEO of Chora & Will Media, for a special Actually Live session, focused on circularity and sustainability.

Fabrizio Di Amato, Chairman and Founder of MAIRE, commented: “This major initiative is a tangible expression of our commitment to putting people at the center, opening up dialogue with new generations, and sharing the beating heart of MAIRE with families. Our first Open Day embodies the vision of a group that is open, inclusive, and always future-oriented.”
