Milan, 15 March 2018 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces the new composition of the authorized, subscribed and paid-up share capital, as well as the total amount of voting rights (pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraphs 1, 2 and 4-bis, Consob regulation 11971/1999), following the issue of No. 23,112,932 new ordinary shares from the capital increase by payment resolved upon by the Company’s extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 30 April 2014, serving the conversion of the Equity-linked Bond named "€80,000,000 5.75 for cent equity-linked bonds due 2019". The attestation proving that the newly issued ordinary shares, referred to above, has been filed with the register of Companies of Rome pursuant to art. 2444 C.C. today.
